Physician, heal thyself- before you try to tell me anything

It is not uncommon for patients to make comments about the appearance of their own physician especially if he looks like death warm over. I thought you would be interested in this survey that was done on Harvard Medical School Faculty that showed a majority these physician follow their own advice when it comes to diet, exercise and getting enough sleep. A few of these physicians said that they did smoke and were couch potatoes but of those who responded most took their own advice. Here are a few of the more interesting finding. Healthy eating seems to be a major priority among physicians. Eating breakfast was is popular and eating three to four severing of fruit and vegetable was adhere to. Eating fast food was a big no and more than half said they had one to five drinks a week. Forty six percent of the physicians survey said they exercised at least 3 xs a week for 30 to 60 minutes and 68 % said they got 7-8 hours of sleep. Hope your physician follows his own advice. I am Dr. Thaddeus John Bell closing the gap in healthcare.
