“If I could only loose from around my waist.”

One of the main complaints that I heard from people (men and women) alike is “ how can I loose weight around from my waist”. There is plenty of new information; but it will take some effort on your part. If you are willing to lift weight 3x a week for ten minutes the research shows that for many people weight loss can be achieve. This approach will not help every one at the same rate as the amount of weight you need to lose is a factor. As a side issue you can decrease your risk for Colon Cancer, Breast cancer and lower your risk for heart disease. Of course you will have too eat sensibly and be faithful to the program. On days you are not lifting you should be walking as we have already discussed. You have to be patient weight reduction takes time.
