Drink good water

The water bottling companies are making big bucks selling us bottle water. Well as it turns out bottle water ain’t all it is crank up to be. As it turn out Dentist are seeing more dental decay primarily from snack foods, soft drinks, lack of parental supervision when it come to dental care and bottle water. Yes bottle water is playing a major role in the resurgent of tooth decay among children. As it turns out tap water has fluorine in it that prevent tooth decay. The American Dental Association says that bottle water does not have enough fluorine in it to prevent tooth decay. There are about 20 companies in the U.S. that produce fluorinated bottle water while fluorinated bottle water it is questionable for the other 80 companies according to the {bottle water association}. The CDC listed the fluorination of water as one of the 10 ten achievement of public health in the 20 century so this topic is very important. So while you may drink bottle water it is very important that your children drink tap water. Since we are talking about water make sure you get what your body needs daily. To determine your need take your weight and divide it by 2 and drink that much of water in ounces per day. I am Dr. Thaddeus John Bell closing the gap in healthcare. 2/21/06
