A Quick Fix for the Common Cold.

There are some things one just figures out from paying close attention to one self. I have been an avid fitness person all of my life and as a result notice that doing the winter time the number of colds caught was almost nil. In fact many of my running partners notice the same effect. Now the medical research has documented once and for all what we figured out years ago and that is doing activity and sweating will decrease your sneezes, wheezes and cough significantly. The research was done over an extended period of time on women. It is apparent that frequent activity will boost your immune system to protect you from the common cold as well as other similar viral infection. Notice that I said frequent as in 3 to 4 time a week. If you are sick before you work out the result are not the same. Oh yea your job is not the activity that I am talking about so don’t even go there. This year get up and move it will be good for you. I am Dr. Thaddeus John Bell closing the gap in health care.
